Nutritionix Track
Nutritionix Track is a food and fitness logging app for people working toward health goals. It tracks food intake, nutrient totals, exercise, weight and weight progress, calorie and macro goals, and water. Users can find restaurant, grocery, and common foods or revisit food history; entries support predictive search, natural-language descriptions, and barcode scans. Custom recipes can include ingredients, serving counts, and directions. Food and exercise can also be logged by voice through Freeform mode, and an Alexa skill can add foods.
Track runs on Android, iOS, and the web. Its free plan is listed at free. It can send nutrition, exercise calorie, and weight data to Apple Health, import exercise calorie and weight data from HealthKit, and push nutrition data to a connected Fitbit account. Coaches can view client food logs in real time through the Coach Portal, but log sharing requires Track Pro, which is available only as a mobile-app subscription. The privacy notice says uploaded food images and content may be reviewed and processed to provide and improve services and related technologies.
