Konfir Employment Verification

Konfir Employment Verification provides employment and income verification and insights for organisations. It draws on Open Banking, Payroll, HMRC, and document processing through direct APIs, and can verify current and previous employment as far back as six years. Gap Insights help establish what candidates were doing between jobs. Its Employer Database checks for associations with reference fraud or other suspicious activity, and employment pattern insights support assessment of candidate honesty and integrity. Requests can be managed in the web-based Konsole, submitted individually or through bulk CSV upload, with pre-built reports returned. Organisations can embed the service in their own UX, use white-labelled journeys, or receive results through webhooks, PDF output, or Konsole. Pre-built integrations are listed for Tifo, Access Screening, and Referoo. Konfir says users typically take two to five minutes to share information, with data returned instantly afterward. Applicants complete verification for free without a Konfir account. The Basic plan costs £5.50 per successfully verified activity; Kore and Enterprise pricing is usage-based and not listed.
