MyEmployment
MyEmployment provides employment and income verification while giving employees visibility and control over requests to access their data. Employees can get an alert when a request arrives, approve or deny it, set general preferences, or freeze access to their report. The service covers current and former employees, including people who left an employer years ago. For employers, it handles incoming verification requests and can verify new hires. MyEmployment says it connects with more than 60 payroll and HRIS platforms, including ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Workday, and UKG; verifiers can connect through a REST API. The company says it is SOC 2 certified and complies with the FCRA and major state privacy regulations. It describes encryption, verifier credentialing, permissible-purpose checks, and request monitoring and audits. Employee and employer services are free. Standard verification costs $59, paid once, paid by the verifier. The listed platforms are Android, iOS, web, and API.
