In their own words
Crossplane
Crossplane is a free, open-source CNCF framework for building control planes that manage cloud-native software. Its Composition feature lets teams define custom APIs with pipelines of functions instead of maintaining controllers. Managed resources are Kubernetes custom resources that can represent external services such as AWS RDS instances. Community providers cover AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, GitHub, GitLab and Argo CD, among others. A package manager installs managed resources and composition functions and can distribute configurations across control planes. Crossplane installs into an existing Kubernetes cluster with a Helm chart; the guide requires an actively supported Kubernetes version and Helm v3.2.0 or later. Operations support one-time, scheduled and resource-change-triggered pipelines, but are marked alpha in Crossplane v2. The framework uses Kubernetes RBAC. Its default crossplane-admin ClusterRole has full access to secrets and namespaces and can bind roles to other entities. The project is Apache 2.0 licensed and identifies as vendor neutral.
Qstack
Qstack is a multi-cloud management system for managing servers, cloud hosts, proxy IP products, operations, and secure storage. It is aimed at IDC service providers, teams, and businesses that manage product processes. The system can connect to Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and Huawei Cloud, synchronize current product information, and support automated payments on connected public cloud platforms. Product management listings also name QStack, 星外, Proxmox, 小鸟云, and 景安云. Team functions include member management, ticketing, workflow approvals, and revenue sharing. Qstack supports private deployment; the maker says the system program is provided free for that use, with non-core code open source and support for secondary development. An open API and plugin and template mechanism are available for connections and customization. API requests can use HTTP or HTTPS, with HTTPS recommended. Deployment guidance describes Linux with an LNMP setup of Nginx, MySQL, and PHP 7.3. The basic edition is free for small IDC teams; the professional edition costs 9,999 CNY a year. The operations edition has no listed price.
