DEVNET Edge is an integrated land-records solution for local governments, covering the property-tax lifecycle from appraisal to collection. Its CAMA and assessment administration tools automate appraisal and assessment functions based on IAAO and USPAP standards. Billing & Collection handles current and delinquent taxes for real and personal property, including billing, collection, distribution, tax sales, and maintenance. EdgeMaps brings authoritative CAMA and tax data into Esri ArcGIS web maps embedded in Edge and wEdge. Permitting and Zoning tracks utilities, roads, topography, flood plains, zoning classifications, permits, and inspections. Records Management handles recording, indexing, receipting, and imaging for land and vital records. The wEdge web service provides real-time authoritative data access to the public, local offices, outside agencies, and partner organizations; its Web Services also give developers API access to property information. Hosted wEdge data is backed up on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules and stored offsite. DEVNET says it conducts penetration tests and audits and protects against SQL injection and cross-site scripting. Pricing is on request.
