In their own words

CSSignal

CSSignal is a web-based customer success intelligence platform that brings account health, stakeholder details, renewals, and churn analysis together. It tracks product usage, support volume, billing health, login frequency, and engagement, then raises risk flags with severity, AI explanations, and suggested next steps. Teams can configure health scores using six weighted factors; scores recalculate when the app is opened. Playbooks assign work as tasks with owners and due dates, but do not run automatically, and CSSignal does not send email on the team's behalf. Signal AI answers natural-language questions about portfolio data, creates account insights, and can draft outreach or QBR preparation when asked. Reporting includes pre-built dashboards and 13 ready-made reports, including NRR, GRR, churn, and expansion pipeline. Teams can add data through CSV or manual upload; live connectors are not available yet. Workspaces support English and Spanish and customer-set exchange rates for multi-currency display. CSSignal says it uses HTTPS/TLS, encrypted storage, access controls, and platform MFA, but is not SOC 2 certified.

ZapScale

ZapScale is a web-based customer success platform for growing B2B SaaS teams. It combines segmentation, health analytics, and product adoption tracking in a 360-degree customer view. Health scoring can use pre-built or custom KPIs, while automated workflows, success playbooks, success plans, tasks, reminders, and team coordination organize ongoing work. Performance analytics provide account-risk prediction alerts plus visibility into upsell and renewal activity. ZapScale also describes AI that creates account summaries, classifies and prioritizes customer emails, and analyzes sentiment. Stated uses include onboarding workflows, renewal tracking, and product adoption monitoring with low operational overhead. ZapScale is paid, but its homepage asks visitors to book a demo rather than showing plan prices. Subscription charges are specified in an applicable order form or commercial agreement. Product, account, and access questions can be sent to [email protected].
