Its Customer 360 dashboard combines customer data, product usage, adoption, health scores, and lifecycle details. Teams can define custom KPIs and metrics, track trends, and monitor at-risk customers and expansion opportunities. Playbooks can send reminders and assign tasks when metrics change; CustifyAI adds conversation summaries, natural-language customer queries, account selection, and AI-assisted workflow actions. The platform can import CRM, billing, support, and marketing data through a native API, JavaScript snippet, and Segment connection. Named integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, Chargebee, Recurly, Intercom, Help Scout, and Zendesk. Custify states that it maintains active GDPR compliance and ISO 27001 certification, and hosts customer data in Germany.
