Other subscription and pay-as-you-go credit packages are listed. Main-platform credit purchases have a 14-day refund guarantee, but Shopify App credit purchases are non-refundable. Cutout.Pro was founded in 2018 and is based in Kowloon, Hong Kong.

neural.love provides browser-based tools to generate and edit images, enhance images and videos, and animate photos. Video tools can enhance or restore footage and turn static photos into MP4 videos. New accounts receive five free image generations in their first seven days, using Auto-Aesthetics v3 at default settings. Generation costs vary with image quantity, publicity settings, and HD mode. The API supports automated image generation and processing, bearer token authentication, and a default limit of 300 requests per five minutes. Commercial use is included. The service is available on web, Android, and iOS. The maker says uploaded files are stored privately, encrypted, and visible only to the user.
