Registration features include branded websites, drag-and-drop design, email marketing, payments, reporting and AI workflows. The wider offering lists ticketing, onsite check-in, attendee apps and email, exhibitor tools, polls and Q&A. Attendee Hub includes a mobile event app and virtual experiences. Registration can be tried for free, but pricing is provided by quote and no plan prices are listed. Professional includes 15 user logins; Enterprise includes all user logins and lists MFA, SSO, task management, budget management and resource management. Cvent supports pricing and transactions in more than 130 global currencies and says customers receive 24/7 support from its client services team. Its stated security credentials include certification against ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701, and audits under SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II. Attendee data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 and at rest with AES-256, and payment processing is PCI DSS compliant.
Micepad
Micepad provides event registration, check-in, badge printing, and attendance tracking for conferences, tradeshows, corporate events, and other gatherings. Its check-in app scans attendee QR codes and can mark a guest present in under three seconds per person. The app can search names and print badges offline, then sync records when connectivity returns. Attendee lists can be imported by CSV from services such as Cvent, Luma, and Eventbrite, and the app connects to Brother and Zebra thermal printers. For virtual events, Micepad lists live streaming through Zoom, YouTube, Vimeo, or RTMP, with Q&A, polls, and breakout rooms. Exhibitors can scan badge QR codes, add notes, tags, and qualification scores, then export leads as CSV. The plans include a free option for up to 50 attendees, Starter at $300, paid once, and Pro at $500, paid once; Enterprise pricing is custom. Micepad lists virtual expo booths, advanced networking, and a branded mobile app.
