Retaining modification dates is not supported for all protocols.
Xftp
Xftp is a Windows client for transferring files with SFTP over SSH2 and FTP. It supports drag-and-drop, queued and concurrent transfers, plus FXP transfers between servers. Scheduled jobs can send or receive files daily, weekly, or once in the background. File tools include remote editing, search, filtering, transfer prioritization, and command-line transfers. Authentication options include public keys, passwords, and keyboard-interactive login, as well as SSH PKCS#11 and Kerberos integrations. Listed encryption includes AES and CHACHA20, and users can set a master password. Xftp interoperates with Windows Explorer and NetSarang’s Xshell, Xagent, and Xmanager. It runs on Windows 8 or later and Windows Server 2012 or later. The free license is limited to personal, home, and educational non-commercial use. The standalone Xftp license is $59 as a one-time purchase, with one year of maintenance included; a free plan and a 30-day trial are also listed.
