Overview

Dahree is a booking and business-management platform for beauty service providers, with web and iOS access. It suits independent artists who want appointments, client and payment tools together, while its team plan is aimed at businesses seeking tailored setup. The free plan covers core booking; client texts, app-based deposits and more advanced tools start with paid plans.

Key features

Dahree combines a booking website and appointment and calendar management with client records, payment processing, email and SMS notifications, analytics, reporting and team management. Basic includes 24/7 scheduling, services and availability, email confirmations and reminders, and basic booking and earnings analytics. That is a useful foundation for a provider who needs online bookings but can do without client text notifications and deposits through Zelle, Venmo or Cash App.

Stripe supports payment processing. Standard adds deposits through Zelle, Venmo or Cash App, plus client text notifications. An optional Gmail integration uses OAuth 2.0 read-only access to detect and process payment-related emails, with explicit consent. Providers should weigh that email-processing purpose before connecting an account. Dahree says it encrypts sensitive data in transit and at rest, carries out security assessments, audits and penetration testing, and does not sell, trade or rent personal information.

The iOS app supports managing appointments, clients, availability and earnings analytics, with calendars synchronized between mobile and web. Support covers accounts, appointments, clients, calendars, billing, payments and the iOS app, with typical responses within one business day. Dahree generally deletes or de-identifies account data within 30 days after account deletion, subject to legal, security, transaction and backup exceptions.

Pricing

Basic is free and includes the booking website, 24/7 scheduling, services and availability, email confirmations and reminders, and basic booking and earnings analytics. It is the sensible starting point for solo providers who can rely on email rather than text reminders and do not need paid-plan deposit options.

Standard costs 24.99 USD per month, billed monthly. It adds client text notifications, deposits via Zelle, Venmo or Cash App, a premium website and branded link, iOS app beta access, reviews, products and website analytics. It fits providers who want those client-facing and promotional additions without paying for Pro's higher-tier tools.

Pro costs 34.99 USD per month, billed monthly. It adds a custom domain, waitlist management, advanced analytics, an advanced reminder sequence, more text messages and 24/7 priority support. The extra monthly cost over Standard makes most sense for providers who need the expanded reminders, waitlist or custom domain, rather than simply wanting texts and deposits.

Teams has custom pricing and includes custom account setup, team and workflow planning, tailored onboarding and priority founder support. It is aimed at businesses that need help shaping a team setup, not a lower-cost substitute for the solo plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe; fees are generally non-refundable, and failed payments may lead to service suspension. Dahree offers a 7-day trial.

Platforms

Dahree runs on the web and iOS. The synchronized calendars and mobile tools make it relevant to providers who manage appointments away from a desk, while Android is not among its supported platforms.

Who it's for

Dahree is strongest for independent beauty providers who want online booking, scheduling, client management and earnings analytics, with a free entry point. Providers who need client texts, deposits through the listed payment apps, a custom domain or waitlist management can move up by need. It also supports customers, employees and administrators, but businesses needing tailored team onboarding should expect custom pricing.

Pros and cons

Pros: Basic provides round-the-clock booking, email reminders and basic analytics without a subscription, giving solo providers a functional starting point.
Pros: Standard and Pro make the upgrade path concrete, from client texts and deposits to custom domains, waitlists and priority support.
Pros: The iOS app and synchronized web calendar support appointment management across mobile and web.
Cons: Deposits through Zelle, Venmo or Cash App and client text notifications require a paid plan, so the free tier is less suitable for providers who rely on either.
Cons: The iOS app is offered as beta access on Standard, while Android is not a supported platform.
Cons: Teams uses custom pricing, and paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable and billed in advance.

Alternatives

For a broader category comparison, see Salon Website Builders. Choose Salonized instead if you want a paid appointment plan with Android, desktop and web platform support; its Appointments plan is 21.00 EUR per month, billed monthly, with annual billing available at a 10% discount, and extra employees or locations cost more. DaySmart Salon is a paid alternative with a 29.00 USD per month Basic plan for one user, online booking and appointment confirmations. Consider GlossGenius if a custom booking website and unlimited client notifications are priorities; its Standard plan is 28.00 USD per month.

Nexaloom is another freemium option, with a free plan for one staff member and one location that includes unlimited appointments and email reminders, plus a 1.85% + 20p transaction fee. OpenSlot offers a free business plan during launch, with SMS billed separately by usage. SQUIRE is a paid alternative for individual barbers, with its INDEPENDENT plan at 30.00 USD per month. WAJ starts at 38.00 USD per month per location when billed yearly at 450 USD. Xolapp is another paid option.

Verdict

Choose Dahree if you are a beauty provider who wants booking, client management and business tools together, with a free core plan and clear paid upgrades for deposits, texts and more advanced workflows. Look elsewhere if you need Android access, or if the Gmail payment-email processing scope does not suit your preferences.
