Overview

Dalia is a recruiting platform for employers seeking to improve the path from career-site interest to application and follow-up. It is best suited to high-volume hiring teams, employers concerned about application fraud, and brands that want a more tailored candidate experience. Its appeal is a free application product paired with career-site connection; its scope is limited to the web.

Key features

Applications and attribution

Dalia Apply provides a secure, customizable application flow on an employer’s career site and connects it to the ATS. Quick apply, autofill, real-time error checks, and an option to skip ATS logins address common points of friction. Verification is designed to deter bots and AI auto-applies, which is useful for teams facing suspicious application volume, though it does not replace evaluating candidates. Apply also captures source attribution in the ATS when tracking parameters fail or disappear, helping preserve information about how applicants arrived.

Candidate outreach and CRM

Dalia Convert sends automated job notifications by text and email based on candidate intent, adjusting frequency to engagement. Employers can control application volume by role, location, or department and pause outreach when a role has enough applicants. That is a practical safeguard against generating more responses than a team can handle. Candidate engagement can also enrich CRM profiles with preferences, availability, job interests, and response patterns, giving recruiters more context for future outreach.

Connection and support

Dalia includes career-site connection, security, personalization, a talent community, campaign automation, and email and SMS campaigns. It also offers 24/7 AI-powered, human-assisted candidate support across voice, text, and email. Its integrations include Workday, Oracle, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, iCIMS, Bullhorn, Fountain, CareerPlug, Greenhouse, Jobvite, Pinpoint, Phenom, Radancy, Symphony Talent, Avature, UKG, and Tenstreet. The Trust Center identifies SOC 2 compliance and provides an overview of security posture and controls; security inquiries can be sent to security@dalia.co.

Pricing

Dalia uses a freemium model. Dalia Apply is free and is described as a fully customizable product integrated with an ATS. Dalia Connect also is free and covers career-site connection, security, and personalization. These free products make Dalia a low-cost way to address application flow and career-site connection, but they do not establish a price for the wider platform or its Convert capabilities. Teams assessing a broader deployment should confirm the commercial terms directly.

Platforms

Dalia runs on the web. That fits teams managing career sites and recruiting workflows from desktop browsers, but it is not a choice for employers seeking a dedicated mobile or desktop application.

Who it's for

Dalia is a strong fit for employers hiring hourly workers at volume, teams dealing with fraudulent applications, and brand-conscious organizations that want to tailor the candidate experience. Its application improvements and outreach controls are most relevant when candidate volume and application completion are persistent concerns. Employers that need recruiting software outside the web, or do not need career-site conversion and candidate engagement tools, should look elsewhere.

Pros and cons

Pros: Free Apply and Connect products provide application and career-site capabilities without an upfront listed charge.
Pros: Quick apply, autofill, and error checking target specific sources of application friction, while source attribution can persist when tracking parameters break.
Pros: Convert combines engagement-based messaging, volume controls, and CRM enrichment, useful for managing outreach at scale.
Cons: Web is the only platform, so teams requiring native mobile or desktop software will need another option.
Cons: The free plan information covers Apply and Connect, not the cost of a fuller platform deployment.

Verdict

Choose Dalia if your hiring team needs to reduce application friction, protect against bot-driven submissions, and turn candidate engagement into more useful CRM records. Free Apply and Connect make that combination compelling for career-site-focused employers, particularly those hiring at volume. Look elsewhere if you need a non-web platform or want a broader recruiting suite with clearly priced plans.
