In their own words
DANZ
DANZ is a platform for dance schools to manage schedules, bookings, attendance, passes, events, payments, communication and reporting. Schools can set recurring classes by studio, teacher, level and style; students book through web or mobile and can join waitlists that advance automatically when a space opens. QR check-in marks attendance and deducts class credit, with a 30-second window to reverse a scan. Schools can sell 5-, 10- and 20-class cards or unlimited passes, including pause and family-sharing options. Event tools cover online ticketing, emailed QR tickets and door scanning. Payroll supports automatic calculations, substitutes, custom rates and PDF payslips; dashboards show fill rates, at-risk students, geography and teacher performance. Schedule sync is available for Google, Apple and Outlook calendars. The service provides role-specific apps and browser access to each school’s dedicated site. DANZ says it uses encrypted data, EU hosting and an audit log, and that customers can export their data. DANZ Solo costs €49/month, excluding VAT; there is no free plan or trial.
Eversports Manager
Eversports Manager is a web and mobile operations platform for yoga studios and other sports businesses. It brings scheduling, bookings, memberships, payments, and online classes into one service. Studios can embed a branded schedule where customers filter activities, book, and pay. Sold-out classes can use waitlists that notify customers when a place opens. Providers can sell passes, memberships, class packs, vouchers, discounts, and videos, as well as offer livestream, on-demand, and hybrid classes. A Zoom extension creates class links automatically. The listed plans run from 49.00 EUR to €229 a month with annual billing, excluding VAT; a one-time €99 setup fee and payment-provider transaction fees may also apply. First-time customers referred through the Eversports website or app incur a 25% booking referral fee, capped at €75 per person, which stops when they become regular customers. The company says it was founded in Vienna in 2013. Although listed for Android and iOS, there is no dedicated manager app; users can add the web manager to a phone home screen.
