In their own words
Darwinbox
Darwinbox is an enterprise human capital management platform for HR processes and employee interactions. Its HRMS suite includes workforce management, payroll and expenses, talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent management, and people analytics. Workforce tools cover core HR, time and attendance, helpdesk, and work-from-home capabilities. Talent features include performance management, OKRs, continuing and 360-degree feedback, and development.
The mobile app provides access to HR documents and tasks related to attendance, payroll, expenses, recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance. Organizations can add third-party products through the Darwinbox Marketplace, which has offerings from over 60 partners in categories including recruitment, background checks, digital signatures, and learning management. Darwinbox says there is no limit to the number of Marketplace solutions an organization may integrate, but each purchase is billed by its provider under a separate agreement.
