In their own words
Dataflowz
Dataflowz is a reverse ETL platform that sends warehouse data to business tools. It connects to Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, PostgreSQL, MySQL and custom SQL databases through JDBC or ODBC. Listed destinations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, Marketo, Braze, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Slack and Microsoft Teams, with 100+ more integrations via REST API. Syncs can be scheduled, started through the API or run through change data capture for real-time updates. A visual mapping interface supports field mapping, transformations, filters and test syncs; transformations can also use SQL or Python. Free Starter includes one warehouse connection, three destination connections, 10K synced rows per month and daily syncs. Professional costs $299 a month and includes 1M rows per month, hourly syncs, version control, collaboration and API access. Row-limit overages incur plan-based fees. Dataflowz lists TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA compliance; ISO 27001 is in progress and HIPAA is available.
drt
drt is a free reverse ETL tool for moving modeled warehouse data into team tools. Teams define syncs in YAML, version them in Git, install drt-core with pip, and run jobs from the terminal. A dry run with a diff previews rows due to be added, updated, or deleted before writing. The project lists 13 sources and 34 destinations, including BigQuery, Snowflake, Postgres, Slack, and Salesforce, across warehouses, SaaS APIs, cloud storage, files, and webhooks. drt can read dbt projects and use `ref()` models to follow model lineage. Its listed orchestration integrations include Dagster, Prefect, Airflow, and a dbt manifest reader; a GitHub Action supports scheduled or event-triggered syncs. An optional MCP server lets compatible clients validate configuration, run syncs, list them, and inspect status. Data moves directly from the user's warehouse to the destination without a drt-hosted intermediary. Syncs are batch-based, the core is self-hosted, and the project is licensed under Apache 2.0. RBAC, audit logging, plugins, and managed cloud hosting are outside drt-core.
