datapine (now RIB BI+) is Windows construction analytics software that centralizes company data for interactive dashboards and decision support. Drag-and-drop dashboard creation requires no code, and the product describes more than 300 construction-specific KPIs and more than 25 dashboard templates. Data connectors combine sources, including RIB product data at one central access point. Construction functions listed include multi-discipline coverage, IFC support, cloud collaboration, clash detection, quantity takeoff, job costing, retainage and commitment tracking, subcontractor management, RFI management, drawing versioning, scenario planning, cost estimation, and historical data. Dashboards can be shared with stakeholders across devices. Pricing is on request and depends on product, company size, and license type; no free plan is listed.
