In their own words

Datto Endpoint Backup

Datto Endpoint Backup is a paid backup service for endpoint and server data on Windows and macOS. It uses image-based, appliance-free cloud backup and describes automated incremental backups every two hours. Teams manage endpoints and clients from one dashboard, with reports and email alerts for backup performance and possible issues. Recovery choices include restoring files or folders, bare-metal recovery, and exporting images to VM format. The product integrates with Kaseya endpoint management, security and automation offerings, and can be deployed through Kaseya RMM. Documentation describes connections with VSA 10 or Datto RMM using an RMM token. The service includes snapshot replication, failover orchestration, immutable recovery points and a minimum RPO of five minutes. Portal access uses multifactor authentication, while data in transit uses SSL encryption. Kaseya describes native macOS scheduling and encrypted backups with optional customer-managed keys. Pricing is available on request, with no free plan.
