It tracks assets, environmental conditions, and security, while connecting with the IT layer for a unified infrastructure view. Teams can model, simulate, and optimize on-premise, edge, hybrid, or colocation environments, and trend and anomaly detection supports predictive maintenance. The portfolio supports multi-vendor ecosystems with vendor-agnostic device information. EcoStruxure IT Expert provides cloud-based monitoring, while Data Center Expert is an on-premise option. The mobile app shows infrastructure health, alarms, live sensor data, incident tracking, and team or expert chat after EcoStruxure IT Gateway setup. Integrations include Network Management Cards, SmartConnect, NetBotz, and PowerChute. The service runs on Android, iOS, and web, with pricing on request and a 30-day trial.
