FlowSense Process
FlowSense Process is a web-based ERP for batch and formula-based manufacturing, aimed at pharmaceutical, chemical, food and beverage, and cosmetics businesses. It manages version-controlled recipes with scaling, ingredient substitutions, and approval workflows for changes. Production teams can track multi-stage batches through quality checkpoints and monitor critical conditions such as temperature and pressure in real time. Its product page lists readiness for FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GMP, and HACCP. Integration services support REST APIs, webhooks, file-based integration, database links, and pre-built connectors; listed examples include SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and QuickBooks. FlowSense says the platform is hosted on AWS and is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II compliant. It lists 24/7 technical assistance, priority response, and remote assistance. Pricing is by request, and a 14-day trial is listed. iOS and Android apps are described as coming soon.
