Intellect
Intellect provides mental wellbeing care for organisations and individuals through a self-care app, coaching, counselling and employee assistance services. Its self-care tools include wellbeing check-ins, guided journaling, personal insights and CBT-based learning paths. Intellect Coaching connects users with vetted coaches, counsellors and psychologists, with messaging between sessions; Intellect Care offers counselling and therapy. Intellect Holistic addresses physical, nutritional and financial wellbeing through coaching, messaging, webinars, workshops and content. The Helpline provides 24/7 crisis support from trained responders, with appointment booking during an initial call. For employers, the EAP is accessible through the app, desktop, company intranet and MS Teams. The company says members can book on-demand appointments within 24–48 hours and that its provider network spans more than 100 countries and 120+ languages. It describes employee data as encrypted on their devices so employers and Intellect engineers cannot access it, and says self-care content and coach interactions are not disclosed to employers. Pricing is on request, with a 14-day trial noted. The apps are listed for Android and iOS, alongside web access.
