Siffi provides workplace mental wellbeing support through therapy, coaching, weekday chat counseling, mindfulness resources, and AI wellbeing tools. Employees can access one-to-one therapy and coaching, chat counseling on weekdays from 9 to 21 CET, and mindfulness materials. The service supports more than 40 languages and is available on Android, iOS, and web. For employers, a dashboard tracks service use and provides aggregate wellbeing insights, along with an ROI tool. Siffi lists more than 300 HR software integrations, including Deel, Personio, Google Workspace, BambooHR, Workday, and SAP. HRIS connection is optional, and enrollment can be automated.
