goQR.me is an online QR code generator for text, URLs, SMS, and vCard contact information. Its free generator offers EPS and SVG vector downloads, as well as PNG, GIF, and JPEG images; the site says the graphics may be used commercially and in print. Users can make colored codes, request a custom logo QR code, and obtain code to embed QR graphics on a website. The API supports generating and reading QR graphics over the internet. The maker says QR contents are not stored or logged, generated images are cached for about 30 seconds, and data submitted to the API is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Static codes contain entered data directly, so the maker says its servers are not involved when those codes are scanned. QR-Server provides dynamic codes whose destination URL can be changed after printing, along with scan statistics. Its plans cost €5 a month for Starter, €17.50 a month for Professional, and €49 a month for Agency, each billed annually and net. A custom logo QR code service is listed at $80, paid once, excluding VAT for US customers; it is offer-based.
