In their own words
Deed
Deed is a web app that creates structured contracts from descriptions and handles signing in the same place. AI-assisted drafting uses structured fields for NDAs, services, and employment agreements. Users can review and edit generated clauses before sending, or upload an existing PDF for a counterparty to sign. A secure emailed link lets the other party review and sign. Deed records key events and provides exports documenting the agreement history, while its dashboard searches agreements. Templates can reuse parties, governing law, and other inputs. Exported contract PDFs and signature certificates can use the user’s PNG or JPEG logo instead of Deed branding. The Free plan costs nothing, billed Forever, and includes one contract, e-signing, a PDF logo, AI-assisted drafting, and no credit card. Pro costs £29 a month after that contract, with unlimited contracts and review, send, sign, and audit functions.
QuickClause
QuickClause is a web-based AI legal-document platform for drafting agreements under Indian jurisdictions. It generates documents such as NDAs, employment contracts, and sale deeds, with exports to Word or PDF. The advertised library contains more than 100 document types, including rent and service agreements, IP assignments, and affidavits. QuickClause says it supports all 28 Indian states and eight Union Territories, applying provisions for the selected jurisdiction. An in-app editor lets users change clauses, add provisions, or remove sections; its AI assistant flags edits that may create legal inconsistencies. The service says documents align with the Indian Contract Act, applicable state stamp-duty laws, and amendments including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. It states that data is encrypted with TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest, content is not used to train AI models, and hosting uses ISO 27001-certified servers. Plans range from free Basic to paid monthly, annual, and quarterly options.
