Jhroke Camera
Jhroke Camera replaces a face in a live camera feed and presents the result to video-call or streaming apps as a webcam. It runs in a desktop browser with WebGL support and requires no installation. The maker says live swapping and 468-point facial mapping via MediaPipe run in the browser, and that webcam video is not sent to its servers. Users can select a persona or upload a photo; uploaded persona photos stay in browser storage, according to the maker. Photo Lab and Video Lab also process still images and prerecorded videos. The free Basic Mode includes both labs in SD, basic AI processing and watermarked content, but no live video call, 4K rendering or commercial usage rights. Pro Studio Max costs $18.99 a month, billed $37.98, and adds live video calls, lab output up to 4K, priority AI processing, watermark removal and commercial usage rights. Listed compatible apps include Zoom, Discord, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, OBS Studio and ManyCam. The terms prohibit harmful deepfakes and unauthorized likeness use.
