Listed integrations include PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Amazon S3, MySQL, Snowflake, GitHub, and dbt. Deepnote supports Python, SQL, R, and Stata, with a hybrid execution model and notebook formats including .deepnote, .ipynb, .qmd, .py, and PDF.
