In their own words

DeepPurge

DeepPurge is a Windows uninstaller and cleanup toolkit for reviewing installed software, tracing leftovers and tracking recovery options before changes. Its uninstall review displays the software source, command, publisher, signature and risk, then checks native uninstall commands again immediately before execution. Junk Cleaner groups files by category and size, with preview mode, age limits and protected-path checks. Deletion Recovery records how an item was removed and which rollback route remains, with dry-run restore checks before changes. Other listed tools include forced and batch uninstall, AppX and MSIX management, disk and startup analysis, repair routes and duplicate finding. The scriptable CLI provides read-only commands in a normal terminal; the README cites Task Scheduler, Intune and SCCM as use contexts. The project says it runs locally without an account, telemetry service or cloud upload. Portable desktop and CLI executables are built for Windows x64, and published SHA256 values can be checked with PowerShell Get-FileHash. The v0.9.3 release is not Authenticode-signed, so Windows SmartScreen may show a warning. Secure deletion and some system operations cannot be undone.

UninstallView

UninstallView is a free Windows utility from NirSoft for listing installed programs and uninstalling software on local or remote computers. With Load Windows Apps enabled, it can also list and remove Windows Apps. Information can come from the current system, other user profiles, a remote computer, an external drive, or a shadow copy. Uninstall modes include standard removal, change-install when available, and quiet uninstall when software supplies a quiet command. Remote uninstall requires Microsoft Sysinternals PsExec in the same folder; commands run as SYSTEM, and some uninstallers may not work correctly in that context. Lists can be exported to text, tab-delimited, CSV, HTML, XML, or JSON, including from the command line. The utility is portable: run UninstallView.exe without installation or extra DLL files. NirSoft lists Windows XP through Windows 11 support for 32-bit and 64-bit systems. Registry data may be supplemented by other sources and can be inaccurate.
