In their own words

Deepsky

Deepsky is a warehouse execution system from Exotec that links a warehouse management system to warehouse automation through one orchestration layer. It covers processes from receiving and storage to order preparation and dispatch. Using real-time information, it coordinates order release, replenishment, and picking, while planning around logistics constraints such as truck departure schedules. It identifies the contents and locations of bins, cases, and containers; dashboards show live KPIs, system status, and performance insights. Deepsky coordinates robots and operators and can prioritize actions. Exotec says it communicates with robots, conveyors, automated arms, scales, carton formers, and labelling machines regardless of communication protocol. It can aggregate real-time and historical data from Exotec robots and third-party suppliers, and supports multi-site management, API access, and simulation tools. Exotec describes it as workflow-based and says software updates continue after go-live. Its server is duplicated for backup, and the company offers 24/7 Control Center assistance and maintenance contracts. Pricing and availability are on request; the product page directs prospective customers to contact Exotec.

LocusONE coordinates robots, staff, and fulfillment workflows for warehouses and distribution operations. It covers work from collaborative picking to autonomous fulfillment, including returns, sortation, transport, putaway, and replenishment. System Directed Labor assesses operating conditions and assigns priorities and work in real time. LocusHub tracks workforce and robot productivity, workflow performance, and capacity planning. The platform connects to WMS, ERP, WES, and WCS systems through standard APIs; Locus Robotics says its integration network includes more than 65 WMS and ERP platforms. Its Mixed Fleet System coordinates Origin, Vector, and Array robots and balances their assignments. LocusINTELLIGENCE analyzes operations to forecast demand, adjust bot-to-associate ratios, reduce travel, and suggest ways to improve throughput and cost per pick. LocusONE is offered through a subscription-based Robots-as-a-Service model that includes technology, software, support, updates, maintenance, and optimization. Pricing is on request. The company says most deployments go live in 4–6 weeks and need no facility layout changes.
