Mobile Dispatch supports messages, digital signatures, pictures, and timestamped pickup, drop-off, and cross-docking audits. Customers can configure terminology and layout using more than 300 parameters. EDI transactions include invoicing, load tendering, tender responses, and shipment status updates using X.12 standards 3040 and 4010. The product starts at $550/mo; there is no free plan, but a trial is available. A representative contacts trial applicants to discuss access and evaluation criteria.
