It parses stop or route files, maps ZIP codes to zones, applies customer and subcontractor rate cards, and produces invoices and vendor bills. An operations board tracks delivery and pickup completion, pending work, and exceptions across territories. Dispatchers can view drivers on a live map, see GPS trails, and spot route diversions.
