In their own words
DeliveryLinx
DeliveryLinx is a transportation management system for final-mile and freight contractors that subcontract routes. It parses stop or route files, maps ZIP codes to zones, applies customer and subcontractor rate cards, and produces invoices and vendor bills. An operations board tracks delivery and pickup completion, pending work, and exceptions across territories. Dispatchers can view drivers on a live map, see GPS trails, and spot route diversions. Drivers can capture GPS, photos, and signatures by phone, generating branded proof-of-delivery and pickup documents. A vendor portal tracks subcontractor documents and expiry dates, sends renewal reminders, and can hold payments if required paperwork lapses. Freight tools cover LTL, FTL, linehaul, and heavy-haul loads. The Scale plan includes NetSuite integration for invoice and bill push and AR/AP sync. Web, iOS, and Android platforms are listed, though native driver apps are in beta. Starter costs $269 a month billed annually ($3228/yr); Pro is $479 a month billed annually ($5748/yr); Scale is $779 a month billed annually ($9348/yr). A free trial is available, with no duration stated.
Numus
Numus is delivery software for managing orders, dispatch, tracking, proof of delivery, and payment. Orders from a booking site, staff-entered phone calls, and walk-ins enter one queue. Dispatchers can check driver availability, assign work, and send route and customer details to drivers’ phones. A fleet map refreshes every ten seconds, while customers can follow orders through a public link without an account or app. Proof of delivery uses a one-time code recorded on a timestamped order timeline described as immutable. Paystack supports card, bank transfer, USSD, and mobile money; rider cash collections are logged in daily reports. The fleet map uses OpenStreetMap, and driver navigation opens Google Maps or Apple Maps. Team tools include role-based staff logins, activity logging, and in-app chat with push notifications and message history. Business Suite and Driver apps are listed for iOS and Android and are free on the App Store and Google Play. Numus is aimed at delivery owners, dispatchers, riders, and counter staff, including teams on low-bandwidth networks. Its free plan is free and includes 10 monthly orders, one driver, five routes, live tracking, proof of delivery, and email notifications. WhatsApp Business ordering remains in development with no release date announced.
