ForwardX Omni Fleet is a material-handling suite combining autonomous mobile robots with fleet-management software for warehouse and manufacturing operations. Its f(x) Fleet Manager handles AMR mapping and deployment, device configuration, workflow orchestration, fleet monitoring, and setup of picking or transport tasks. A live dashboard reports robot locations, status, task details, battery levels, charging-station use, and error codes. Teams can design, assign, and manage work through a graphical task interface. The fleet manager connects with WMS, MES, and ERP systems and offers open third-party API protocols. The ERMS web interface supports equipment queries, maintenance, and diagnostics, communicating with AMRs and wireless charging stations. ForwardX describes machine-learning controls for traffic and congestion, plus automatic battery scheduling for continuous operation. Integrations include roller and belt conveyors for autonomous tote and pallet pickup and dropoff. The product is available through web and API with hybrid deployment. Pricing is paid and available on request. A Robots as a Service plan is subscription-based, with AMRs supplied on demand.
