In their own words

Demodesk Scheduling

Demodesk Scheduling helps inside sales teams coordinate booking, lead qualification, prospect routing, and meeting handoffs. Teams can embed booking pages on a website or share them by email, with personalized invites, automated reminders, multiple meeting types, and availability controls. Booking questions and real-time CRM sync help qualify requests; routing rules, round-robin assignment, and an assignment matrix direct prospects to sales team members. Users can book on colleagues’ behalf, transfer meetings to another teammate, account for multiple attendees, and schedule from CRM deals or contacts. Meeting details and follow-ups sync to the CRM, booked meetings can update CRM fields, and the product tracks no-shows and meeting success rates. Listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outlook, Google Workspace, Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, Make, the Demodesk API, and MCP. Demodesk says the service is GDPR and MiFID II compliant, uses secure data centers in Germany, and has more than 99% uptime. It offers company-design customization and white-label hosting under a company domain. Pricing starts at €25/user/mo (annual), with a 14-day trial and no free plan.

The Free plan is free and includes a booking page, Google Calendar, and two meeting types. Pro is $15 a month; Team is $49 a month. Team is described for sales, customer success, or account management revenue teams of 5 to 30 people using Salesforce or HubSpot, and its full plan is available for a 14-day trial.
