Demodesk Scheduling

Demodesk Scheduling helps inside sales teams coordinate booking, lead qualification, prospect routing, and meeting handoffs. Teams can embed booking pages on a website or share them by email, with personalized invites, automated reminders, multiple meeting types, and availability controls. Booking questions and real-time CRM sync help qualify requests; routing rules, round-robin assignment, and an assignment matrix direct prospects to sales team members. Users can book on colleagues’ behalf, transfer meetings to another teammate, account for multiple attendees, and schedule from CRM deals or contacts. Meeting details and follow-ups sync to the CRM, booked meetings can update CRM fields, and the product tracks no-shows and meeting success rates. Listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Outlook, Google Workspace, Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, Make, the Demodesk API, and MCP. Demodesk says the service is GDPR and MiFID II compliant, uses secure data centers in Germany, and has more than 99% uptime. It offers company-design customization and white-label hosting under a company domain. Pricing starts at €25/user/mo (annual), with a 14-day trial and no free plan.

Screenleap

Screenleap lets people share a screen or camera with viewers who can join in a browser without installing software. Screen sharing is available through Windows and Mac apps, desktop browsers, and native iOS and Android apps. Meetings can use computer audio through the sharer’s microphone and speakers. Users can share computer control and let viewers point things out on screen, though those features require add-on software. Premium account users can record screen shares for later download, viewing, and sharing. Website integration adds screen sharing, video, audio, chat, and other live interaction to a site; the API can start live sessions without participant software. Integration requires HTTPS and a modern browser, and mobile or tablet visitors can view but not share through it. The Free plan costs nothing, runs 40 minutes per day, and allows up to 8 viewers. Basic costs $15 a month; Pro costs $31 a month; Company costs $1,539 a month. Screenleap says data is encrypted in transit and cleared from memory two minutes after a share ends.
