Magaya Rate Management is a cloud-hosted freight-rate control tower for freight forwarders, NVOCCs, BCOs, shippers, and carriers. It brings rate comparison, margin management, tariff filings, RFQs, and quote preparation into one workflow. Users can combine buy and sell rates for air, ocean, rail, and road in customized multimodal quotes, then review schedules and free-time data, apply margins or other charges, and prepare quotes on a phone or tablet. The product lists more than 54,000 current surcharge values across over 180 surcharge types and 340-plus FMC trade lanes, alongside historic and live data. For FMC filings, it manages, publishes, and stores tariff rates, governing rules, and NRAs, with both quote-based and bulk filing options. A built-in Digital Contract Exchange moves rate data between ocean carriers and freight forwarders or shippers. It works with Magaya Supply Chain and can connect by API to other TMS, ERP, or end systems without requiring that suite. It is subscription-licensed; pricing is on request.
