Shipthis
Shipthis is freight forwarding software that combines shipment operations, accounting, CRM, quoting, and customer engagement. It manages air, sea, road, and rail shipments, with real-time vessel, container, and flight tracking. Magic Drop processes freight documents, extracting more than 50 fields and validating them against shipment records. Shipthis AI analyzes quotation history, customer behavior, trade lanes, and margins to estimate quote win probability and expected profitability.
Accounting features include real-time shipment profit and loss, multi-currency support, and automated vendor bill matching. The platform connects with more than 120 carriers and tracking networks, as well as banking and government systems, REST APIs, and webhooks. Accounting integrations include QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and major ERP systems. Shipthis supports GST, VAT, ZATCA, and multi-country customs compliance. It is cloud-hosted and describes encryption, role-based controls, penetration testing, and automated backups.
