Overview

Veeqo is a multichannel ecommerce tool for coordinating orders, inventory and shipping across sales channels and stock locations. It is strongest for sellers who want shipping at no charge and the option to add inventory controls as their operation grows. The trade-off is that advanced inventory features and higher-volume support sit behind paid plans.

It supports sellers using channels such as eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Walmart and WooCommerce; selling on Amazon is not required. Founded in Wales in 2013 and acquired by Amazon in 2021, Veeqo serves the US and UK. The company says customer product and sales data remain confidential within Veeqo and are not shared with other Amazon business units.

Key features

The Shipping plan combines unlimited shipments with unlimited orders, users, products and SKUs, warehouses and locations. Bulk shipping handles up to 100 orders in one click, while the rate shopping API, label printing, tracking, returns portal and shipping automation cover core fulfillment needs. Veeqo also says OTDR label protection and claims come standard, and customers can earn up to 5% back in Veeqo Credits on labels. Those terms make the free tier unusually broad for sellers whose main need is shipping; they do not include the paid plan’s inventory tools.

Inventory adds automated stock synchronization across channels, demand forecasting, digital picking and unlimited monthly listings. These features suit operations where keeping channel stock aligned and guiding warehouse picks matter; sellers who only need shipping have less reason to pay for them. High Volume adds NetSuite integration, priority support, an account manager and API consulting, which are more relevant to larger operations with integration or service needs.

Veeqo’s integrations include Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, WooCommerce, TikTok Shop, UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL and NetSuite. Wayfair, Alibaba, Mirakl, Best Buy, Squarespace and Faire are marked as coming soon, so they should not be treated as current connections. Support includes a 24/7 Vera AI agent, with human experts available 17 hours on weekdays and 9.5 hours on weekends.

Pricing

Shipping: Free. It includes unlimited orders per month, users, products and SKUs, warehouses and locations, and shipments. The 100-order bulk-shipping limit applies to each one-click action, not the monthly shipment allowance. This is the clearest fit for sellers who want to centralize shipping without a recurring plan fee.

Inventory: 19.00 USD per month, billed from $19/month, with monthly cost depending on order volume. It includes everything in Shipping plus automated inventory sync, demand forecasting, digital picking, unlimited monthly listings and Veeqo MCP. It is the step up for sellers who need inventory management across channels, but the starting price is not a guaranteed total for every order volume.

High Volume: 350.00 USD per month, billed from $350/month, also with cost depending on order volume. It includes Shipping and Inventory, plus NetSuite integration, priority support, an account manager and API consulting. It fits operations that need those added services; smaller sellers can avoid that starting commitment by staying on Shipping or Inventory.

The free Shipping plan itself has no order, seat, SKU, location or shipment cap.

Platforms

Veeqo supports Android, iOS, web and API access. Its mobile apps page presents third-party apps that connect to Veeqo, including Zapier apps and integrations for orders, inventory and sales channels.

Who it's for

Veeqo is a good match for multichannel sellers that need shipping operations across locations, and for those ready to add synchronized inventory, forecasting or digital picking. Its broad free Shipping allowances make it viable for sellers with substantial order flow who do not need those inventory features. It is less compelling for a seller whose only need is a narrowly capped starter tool, or for a business that depends on one of the integrations marked as coming soon.

Pros and cons

Pros: The free Shipping plan allows unlimited orders, users, SKUs, locations and shipments, so order volume alone does not force an upgrade.
Pros: Bulk shipping for up to 100 orders per click, rate shopping, tracking, returns and label protection bring several shipping tasks into one service.
Pros: Inventory adds synchronization, forecasting and digital picking, while High Volume adds NetSuite and dedicated support provisions.
Cons: Automated inventory sync and forecasting are not in the free Shipping plan, so sellers needing them must pay from $19/month, with actual cost tied to order volume.
Cons: High Volume starts at $350/month and also varies with volume, a meaningful step up for teams that need its NetSuite integration or support extras.
Cons: Several potential channel connections, including Wayfair and Squarespace, are still marked coming soon.

Alternatives

BaseLinker is a freemium web option with a free tier capped at 100 orders per month, making it a different fit for new businesses or ecommerce part-timers who can work within that quota.

Shopify is a paid web option with a free trial; its Basic plan includes 10 inventory locations, while Grow is aimed at small teams and allows up to five staff accounts. Consider it when those plan details align better with your team and inventory setup.

Sellbrite offers a free Forever Free plan capped at 30 orders per month, with unlimited integrated sales channels, SKUs and users. It suits a seller whose volume fits that small monthly allowance.

Zoho Inventory has a free plan capped at 50 orders per month, one user and one location, so it is worth considering when those constraints are sufficient.

Linnworks uses custom pricing based on order volume and required features, an alternative for buyers who prefer a tailored quote.

Cin7 Omni is a paid web, iOS and Android option; its Omni plan includes eight users, five ecommerce and app integrations, and unlimited inventory locations.

Brightpearl is a paid option with bespoke pricing and unlimited users included.

EasyEcom EasyOMS is a paid Android, API and web option whose Starter plan allows up to three users, approximately 100,000 SKUs and one warehouse.

Verdict

Choose Veeqo if you sell across channels and want a generous no-cost shipping operation with a path to inventory synchronization, forecasting and warehouse picking. Its main advantage is the breadth of the free Shipping plan; look elsewhere if your required integration is still coming soon or if you need a different plan structure and can work within an alternative’s stated caps.
