InfoTech Proof of Delivery App
InfoTech Proof of Delivery App records delivery and collection details from a phone or tablet, including customer signatures, photos, and job notes. It saves information locally when offline and syncs it after connectivity returns. Each signature is stored with a timestamp, and GPS coordinates are attached to the proof of delivery. Drivers can photograph loads, damage, or delivery locations, with the images kept on the job record. When a job is completed, the app can email the customer a PDF proof of delivery. Office staff can check real-time status for completed, outstanding, and failed deliveries. The app connects with InfoTech weighbridge software and its Cloud ERP platform; POD can also be linked to weighbridge tickets. If billing integration is active, a delivery can trigger an invoice. The app is free, but use requires InfoTech weighbridge software version 3 or later and a purchased POD licence. InfoTech lists use in skip hire, waste collection, haulage, aggregate delivery, construction, and fuel delivery.
