| Integrations | The site describes GitHub Assessment and GitLab AI assessments, and lists Stripe for payment processing and Railway for database hosting in its privacy policy. | The API page documents REST endpoints, a webhook for newly created records, and an MCP endpoint usable by MCP-compatible clients; it says Trainora implements the protocol rather than integrating with a specific vendor. |
| Security | The privacy policy says data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS, passwords are bcrypt-hashed, and rate limiting and HTTP security headers are used. | API keys can be read-only or read-and-write, and a key cannot exceed the permissions of its associated user. |
| Support | The pricing comparison lists Community support for Free, Email support for Team Pro, and Dedicated support for Enterprise. | Email support covers installation and defects in delivered code, usually replies within a day or two, and excludes custom development and server administration. |
