MIE Trak Pro is manufacturing production-control and ERP software for sheet metal fabricators, precision engineers, and discrete manufacturers. Its modules cover estimating, RFQs, work orders, purchasing, material planning, stock control, costing, scheduling, reporting, shipping, and accounting. Quoting can use personalized formulas, track wins and losses, and draw on true costing data; sales orders can be created from RFQs, quotes, PDFs, or EDI. Scheduling supports forward finite, backward infinite, and calendar-based drag-and-drop methods for assigning employees and machines to jobs. Inventory tracking includes lot serialization, locations, remnants, work in progress, non-netted inventory, and consignment. The quality system tracks corrective and preventive actions, non-conformance, and RMAs. An included Android app, MIE Mobile Warehouse, supports inventory updates, purchase-order receiving, pick lists, barcode scanning, time clock, and shipping.
