DHIS2-Ed is an education management information system for collecting, analyzing, visualizing, and using data from educational institutions. Its SEMIS app manages student, staff, and school records, including attendance, student progress, and staff registration. Attendance can be handled on the web or Android, online or offline. The Education Toolkit supplies customizable annual school census forms, standardized data collection metadata, dashboards, and analysis modules. Users can examine data with maps, charts, tables, and reports, including pre-configured SDG4 and CESA dashboards. The platform can exchange data with public health programs and other DHIS2 sectors, and connect to existing software and data sources. Country-specific forms and tools can be built as custom applications, while SEMIS can be extended with features such as payroll or timetable scheduling. It is free and open-source, but requires a secure central server, computers and/or Android devices, and periodic internet connectivity for uploads. HISP groups support implementation and staff capacity building.

LinkIt! is a web-based K–12 platform for assessment management, data analytics and intervention support. Educators can create assessments from scratch, use item banks, choose varied item types or digitize existing assessment content. Its banks contain over 100,000 items aligned to state standards in ELA, Math, Science and Social Studies. Testing can be online across devices, operating systems and browsers, or on paper with plain-paper bubble sheets. Data Warehousing combines instructional data in dashboards and reports that can be broken down by school, teacher, class, student, demographics, question, standard and subscore. Intervention Manager supports MTSS/RTI, gifted learners, multilingual learners, 504 plans, behavior and SEL, with tools for plans, goals, progress monitoring, meetings and communication. Navigator Analytics offers custom reports, trend and predictive analytics, subgroup analysis and consultation. The company serves K–12 schools, districts, networks, state and regional agencies, content providers and teachers. LinkIt says customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is permissioned and audited, and hosting data centers are SOC 2 compliant.
