In their own words
Dia
Dia is a macOS web browser with an assistant for questions and requests about the current page, other tabs, selected text, and browsing history. The free plan includes profiles, tab groups, split view, picture-in-picture, ad and tracking blocking, and cross-device sync, but has no AI features. Better Answers costs $20 a month and adds AI answers and contextual chats. Better Days costs $100 a month and includes six times more usage than Better Answers, plus additional work features. AI usage is measured in Tasks, resets each billing cycle, and pauses at the limit unless the user buys additional usage. Extra usage is available in $20 credit blocks, which roll over for up to three months. Profiles can separate work, freelance, and personal tabs, logins, and AI contexts. Morning Brief gathers calendar, inbox, and key links; Skills let users save frequent requests for reuse. The plans page lists connections to Slack, Gmail, Notion, Microsoft Outlook, GitHub, Google Calendar, and Figma. Dia says it does not sell personal data or use browsing data to build ad profiles, and that Sync is end-to-end encrypted.
Skyvern
Skyvern automates browser workflows with AI agents, including downloading invoices, extracting data, and filling forms. It combines computer vision and language-model reasoning to adapt to website changes rather than depending only on selectors. Workflows can be assembled in a visual editor, recorded from browser actions, made from uploaded procedures, or described in Copilot Chat. The platform supports CAPTCHA handling, persistent browser sessions, and authentication flows including 2FA/TOTP. It can return extracted information as structured CSV or JSON. Developers can use Python and TypeScript SDKs, a REST API, webhooks, and MCP integration; published integrations include Zapier, Make, Clay, n8n, Workato, and Activepieces. Skyvern is offered as managed cloud software or self-hosted software described as open source under AGPL-3.0. It lists API, self-hosted, and web platforms. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 5,000 credits and one concurrent run. Hobby costs $29.00 per month and includes 30,000 credits per month and 10 concurrent runs; Pro costs $149.00 per month with 150,000 credits per month and 25 concurrent runs. Enterprise pricing is custom, with 100 concurrent runs.
