In their own words
Dialzara
Dialzara is a web-based AI receptionist and website chatbot service for businesses. Its receptionist provides 24/7 answering with custom scripts and can handle English and Spanish when enabled. It checks live calendar availability for appointments, routes calls by topic, caller type, or priority, and supports time-based routing with an after-hours message fallback. Spam controls include threat detection, silence timeouts, retry prompts, and manual block and allow lists. Call summaries can arrive by SMS or email and may include voicemail audio and transcript links. The website chatbot answers questions, qualifies leads, and books appointments using the receptionist's shared knowledge base. It installs with one JavaScript line on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, or custom sites, and supports automatic language detection with replies in more than 10 languages. Dialzara also lists CRM updates, Zapier workflows, and HIPAA compliance for healthcare businesses. Business Lite costs $29 a month, billed monthly, for 60 minutes, with a $0.48/minute overage. A 7-day trial is listed; there is no free plan.
Vapi
Vapi is a voice-call platform available on the web and iOS. It supports inbound and outbound calls, human handoff, concurrent calls, and custom phone numbers. The usage-based No Success Package is listed at free and includes $5 in starter credits, one Vapi phone number, four concurrent calls, and full platform access. Core costs $29 a month, billed monthly, and includes five phone numbers, 10 concurrent calls, 30 days of raw data retention, and email support. Pro costs $999 a month, billed monthly, and includes 10 phone numbers, 30 concurrent calls, 180 days of raw data retention, RBAC, ZDR, and a 99% uptime SLA. Premier uses custom pricing; its listed options include custom phone-number counts and custom RBAC, ZDR, and SSO, with dedicated SIP available. The service listing says there is no free plan, although the No Success Package is presented at no cost with starter credits. Plan allowances vary, so the listed overall concurrent-call figure of 10 is not the allowance for every package.
