Dibbly Create is a web publishing platform combining AI writing assistance, book design, exports, and team collaboration. Its KIP assistant can help with research, editing suggestions, project organization, image generation, and reading web pages; users approve proposed changes before they are applied. Book Layout Studio previews pagination and exports print-ready PDF and ePub files for KDP and IngramSpark. Design Studio supports full-wrap covers and marketing materials, including AI-assisted artwork and reusable brand assets. Collaboration tools include live editing, permissions, inline comments, suggestion mode, presence indicators, notifications, and version history. The FAQ lists DOCX, print-ready PDF, and ePub exports, with availability depending on plan. The Free plan costs nothing and includes 60,000 tokens monthly, up to 10 projects, 1 GB storage, Word export, and one design per project with up to five canvases. Pro costs $22.97 a month, billed with two months free on an annual term, and starts at 1,000,000 monthly tokens that accumulate. It adds unlimited projects, 25 GB storage, up to 30 canvases per design, Guided Book Flow, and Book Layout Studio.

Vivliostyle is an open-source typesetting project for digital and web publishing based on web standards. Vivliostyle Viewer presents HTML with CSS typesetting in a browser and can display EPUB files and web publications. The command-line tool typesets HTML and CSS and exports PDFs, including PDFs generated from EPUB files. For print production, its PRESS-READY option supports PDF/X-1a output and requires Ghostscript and Xpdf.

Vivliostyle Pub is a web application for editing text, Markdown, or HTML and previewing typesetting; its new version is in alpha. Themes are distributed as npm packages and applied through vivliostyle.config.js. Viewer can display HTML hosted on GitHub or Gist, or be copied into a public web-server directory. The CLI requires Node.js, and the installation tutorial lists macOS, Windows, and Linux. Vivliostyle uses AGPLv3, which allows modification and commercial use subject to reciprocal license terms. Its FAQ says publications made with the software need not publish their HTML or CSS source data. The project is maintained by Vivliostyle Foundation.
