DiBooq
DiBooq is a vacation-rental management system for handling listings, channels, bookings and prices from one place. Its Channel Manager synchronizes rates, reservations and availability in real time across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Expedia, FeWo-direkt and Abritel. Hosts can create a direct-booking website in about 10 minutes or embed the booking engine in an existing site, including one built with WordPress, Joomla, Wix or Squarespace. The Guest App supports online payments through Stripe; hosts can also process payments independently. A statistics tool reports bookings, revenue and occupancy in real time, with filters for platform, period and accommodation. Individual owners have a host version, while property managers and agencies can use the web version for more than 10 and up to 1,000 rentals. Basic and Professional plans have 0% booking fees. DiBooq runs on Android, iOS and the web, and is available in seven languages. Pricing starts at €20/mo (annual), and a 14-day trial is available; there is no free plan.
Jurny Channel Manager
Jurny Channel Manager gives short-term rental operators a dashboard for coordinating listings, rates, availability, and content across booking channels. Named channels include Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, and Google Vacation Rentals. The system pushes price, rule, and availability changes in real time and synchronizes calendars in both directions to help prevent double bookings. Operators can centrally edit listing text, photos, and amenities, set pricing rules by channel, and apply bulk changes across large portfolios. Jurny says the manager supports hundreds or thousands of listings. Its NIA assistance can flag synchronization issues, monitor performance, and recommend fixes. Airbnb is included in the Free plan, while management for more OTAs is available on paid subscriptions. The listed jOS AI base plan costs $19 a month per unit when billed monthly, or $13.30 a month per unit when billed annually, with a $400 monthly minimum. Jurny lists more than 100 partners and integrations. The channel manager is available on the web, Android, and iOS.
