Diesel TMS brings trucking and freight brokerage operations into one transportation management system for owner-operators, small fleets, and growing brokerages. Its tools cover load management, dispatching, quoting, and rate confirmation creation. The iOS driver app provides load assignment notifications, tracking, status updates, geofenced automatic updates, document access and scanning, and log book entries. Accounting functions include double-entry accounting with a general ledger, invoicing, payment receipt, carrier and vendor payments, and ACH file downloads. Listed connections include two-way QuickBooks Online, 123Loadboard, MyCarrierPortal, email, and factoring integrations. Zapier is available on every plan, including free, and is described as linking to over 6,000 apps. The company says its API provides no-cost create, read, update, and delete access to core data. TMS Unlimited costs nothing and includes unlimited users, loads, customers, carriers, trucks, drivers, and quotes. TMS Flex costs what you agree with the maker, billed per user per hour while logged in; TMS Pro costs $40 a month per user.
