Synerdeck is web-based client onboarding software for agencies, consultants, accountants, lawyers and other service teams. Teams can build reusable onboarding flows with a visual editor, sections, requirements and drag-and-drop controls. Clients enter a branded portal through a magic link without creating an account, where they can upload and preview documents and approve them with one click. The product also lists e-signatures, live progress tracking and automated reminders. Its free plan supports up to 10 clients, 2 templates and 500 MB of storage, with manual reminders and a basic client portal. Pro costs $22.99 a month, billed annually, and raises the limits to 100 clients, 25 templates and 25 GB of storage while adding branding, analytics, Slack integration and reports. Scale costs $70.39 a month, billed annually, and adds webhooks and API access, advanced role permissions, audit log export, custom portal domains and priority support.
