OfficialTMS is a transportation management platform that connects load handling, invoicing, payroll, fleet workflows, and driver operations. Its web portal has a dispatch board and organizes rate confirmations, proof of delivery, customer paperwork, and invoice workflows. AI can read emailed rate confirmations or PDFs, extract load details, and prepare a draft for review and dispatch. The driver app supports trip details, document uploads, payroll tracking, notifications, and communication with dispatch. Listed fleet modules include truck maintenance, driver expenses, compliance and ELD, and multi-stop routing. OfficialTMS says it can sync Samsara ELD, GPS, hours-of-service logs, and vehicle data, and describes a Telegram bot for forwarding Samsara alerts to drivers. The free Portal Only plan costs nothing and includes web portal access, one-year rolling backup, and 24/7 support. With Mobile App costs $17 a month per truck or trailer when billed annually, or 20 USD per month with monthly billing. Enterprise pricing is custom.
