Hauloop

Hauloop is AI-powered fleet-management software for monitoring vehicles, coordinating deliveries, and managing fleet operations. Its live map shows vehicle position, speed, and status, with geofence alerts, trip replay, route planning, customer-facing ETAs, and position breadcrumbs recorded every 10 seconds. Dispatch automation and route optimization support delivery workflows, including consignment tracking, manifests, customer notifications, remote e-lock control, and digital proof of delivery with an e-signature. Modules cover fuel management, driver safety, maintenance, cargo and delivery, compliance, and fleet intelligence. Maintenance tools include OBD-II diagnostics, service scheduling, work orders, and predictive failure alerts advertised up to 30 days ahead. Drivers can use the iOS and Android app for trip details, routes, tasks, updates, and status reporting. Hauloop lists integrations including Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, QuickBooks, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp Business. Developers can use a REST API, real-time webhooks, and SDK wrappers for Node.js, Python, and PHP. A three-month free trial is offered; subscription pricing is available on request.
