Disputifier
Disputifier is an automated chargeback service for ecommerce merchants and ISOs, available on the web and through an API. It gathers evidence, prepares chargeback responses, and submits them; the company says its team reviews each response before submission. It also offers fraud prevention for identifying potentially fraudulent orders and supporting risk analysis, customer verification, and cancellation. Its Order Not Received Prevention feature can identify orders not shipped or delivered on time, as well as tracking that has not updated.
Disputifier says it supports alert programs including RDR, Ethoca, and Order Insight, though coverage depends on a customer's bank or card and some banks do not participate. The company describes integrations with dozens of processors, CRMs, and gateways, including custom setups. Order Not Received Prevention and Fraud Prevention each cost $0.05.
