Redo
Redo is a post-purchase platform for ecommerce brands, with tools for returns, exchanges, warranties, order tracking and customer communication. Its returns offering includes a free portal, real-time analytics, return-label coverage and return-specific AI agents. Redo Order Editing lets Shopify shoppers change variants, addresses, items and discount codes, or cancel orders; that feature has no monthly fee, per-order charge or feature gates. Other listed products cover claims, shipping and fulfilment, warranties, email and SMS, contextual marketing, one-click upsells, checkout optimization and revenue recovery. Integrations include Shopify, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Gorgias, Klaviyo, Recharge, FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL and Australia Post. The platform is available through API, iOS and web. Redo says data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256, and that it is SOC 2 compliant and independently audited and penetration-tested each year. It says payment details are handled by third-party integrations and it stores no card data of its own. Merchants must operate a Shopify-enabled online store and have a valid Shopify account.
